Last reviewed 21 October 2026
Download the Accessibility Conformance Report (PDF, 300 KB)Continuity Intelligence is committed to making its platform usable by everyone, including people who use assistive technology. We treat accessibility as part of product quality, not a one-off project.
Scope
This statement covers:
- The Continuity Intelligence web application
- Our public website
- Our help documentation
It does not cover content uploaded or authored by customers, or third-party services linked from the product.
Conformance status
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. WCAG 2.2 AA also covers the WCAG 2.0 and 2.1 Level AA criteria referenced by U.S. Section 508 and the ADA Title II rule.
Continuity Intelligence is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Our October 2026 evaluation of the web application found 24 criteria fully met, 17 partially met, 1 not met (status messages are not announced to screen readers) and 14 not applicable. Our Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR), prepared on the ITI VPAT 2.5 template, is available on request from hello@continuityintelligence.com.
- Fully conformant means the product meets every Level A and AA criterion without exception.
- Partially conformant means some parts of the product do not fully meet the standard, and the exceptions are listed below.

Measures we take
- Accessibility is part of our design reviews, definition of done and release checklist.
- Automated accessibility checks (axe-core) run on every pull request.
- Manual testing with screen readers and keyboard-only navigation before each major release.
- Accessibility training for designers, engineers and support staff.
- An annual review of this statement and of our Accessibility Conformance Report.
Compatibility
Continuity Intelligence is designed to work with the current and previous major version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge, with browser zoom up to 400%, and with the following assistive technologies:
- NVDA and JAWS with Chrome and Firefox on Windows
- VoiceOver with Safari on macOS and iOS
- TalkBack with Chrome on Android
- Windows Magnifier and ZoomText
The application relies on HTML, WAI-ARIA, CSS and JavaScript. These technologies must be enabled in the browser.
Assessment approach
Continuity Intelligence assessed the accessibility of the platform by self-evaluation in October 2026: an automated scan with axe-core across 12 views at desktop and 320 px widths, plus manual keyboard, zoom, text-spacing and accessibility-tree review of every WCAG 2.2 Level A and AA criterion.
