Use Continuity Intelligence in Claude
Bring your team's drift findings into Claude. Ask what's out of date, what to fix first, or whether a specific article is still accurate, and get answers from your latest Continuity Intelligence scan. If you allow it, Claude can also record review decisions that show up in your dashboard right away.
What you need
- A Continuity Intelligence workspace with at least one scan in your dashboard.
- Your workspace name and dashboard password. The workspace name is the part of your dashboard link after the domain: dashboard.continuityintelligence.com/your-workspace/
- Claude on the web, desktop or mobile, or Claude Code. On Claude Team and Enterprise plans, an owner may need to allow the connector first.
Connect in Claude (web, desktop and mobile)
- In Claude, open Settings, then Connectors.
- Find Continuity Intelligence in the directory and click Connect. Or choose Add custom connector and enter https://dashboard.continuityintelligence.com/api/mcp
- A Continuity Intelligence sign-in page opens. Enter your workspace (pasting your whole dashboard link works too), your name, and your dashboard password.
- Tick "Let Claude record review decisions" if you want Claude to approve, reject or defer findings for you. Leave it unticked for read-only access.
- Click Connect. You're sent back to Claude.
Your name is shown next to any review decision you make through Claude, the same way it is in the dashboard.
Connect in Claude Code
claude mcp add --transport http continuity-intelligence https://dashboard.continuityintelligence.com/api/mcpThen run /mcp in Claude Code and choose Authenticate to sign in.

- "Which findings are new since last week?"
- "List the critical findings nobody has reviewed yet."
- "How has our content accuracy trended over the last two months?"
- "Mark DR-0012 approved with the note: update before the October release."

Disconnect or revoke access
- You: in Claude, open Settings, then Connectors, then Continuity Intelligence, then Disconnect.
- Your team's admin: changing your workspace's dashboard password disconnects every Claude connection for the workspace immediately. Contact us to rotate it.
Data and privacy
When you use the connector, Claude sends Continuity Intelligence only the tool requests needed to answer you (for example "get finding DR-0012"). We don't receive your conversations, and we don't store tool requests. We store review decisions you ask Claude to record, and a record that you connected (name, time, IP address) in your workspace's activity log. See our Privacy Policy.
Findings quote text from your pages. Claude treats that text as information, not as instructions.
Troubleshooting
- "That workspace and password don't match." Check the workspace name in your dashboard link and try your dashboard password again.
- "Too many attempts." Wait 15 minutes and try again.
- "This workspace doesn't have a published scan yet." We'll set it up: email support@continuityintelligence.com.
- "This connection is read-only." Disconnect, connect again, and tick the box that lets Claude record review decisions.
- Claude says it needs to reconnect. Your workspace password may have changed. Connect again with the new one.
