Email templates · Outreach
Copy. Paste.
Send. Done.
Four templates that cover 90% of the outreach you'll do. Replace the highlighted bits with real names. Written to be forwarded, not pitched.
Two rules
01
Keep it short. Busy L&D buyers skim. If it's longer than one screen, rewrite it.
02
Step out after the intro. Once you've made the hand-off, stay out of the thread unless the client pulls you back in. Fewer cooks, cleaner deal.
Field notes
Small tweaks that double reply rates.
Name the content
Don't say "your training." Say "your onboarding course" or "your V4 release notes." Specificity signals you looked.
Lead with the trigger
If there's a recent launch or audit, it goes in the subject line. Timing is the argument.
Ask a yes/no
End with "Want me to connect you?" not "Are you interested?" The lift is real.
